Guidelines for Payments

  • Monthly fee should be paid between 1st and 20th of every month to avoid late fine. Fees for Daltonganj students is payable at Indian Overseas Bank, Suraj Complex. Belwatika Chowk, Daltonganj and for Satbarwa Student at Vananchal Gramin Bank, Satbarwa.

  • The Annual Charges are payable in the month of April every year.

  • Computerised office system cannot permit any exemption in late fine.

  • The fees till March must be deposited by December for Std X and XII students and by February for LKG to Std IX & Std XI.

  • HIS Daltonganj discourages any kind of concession in fees.

  • Parents are requested to give correct particulars such as Name of Students, Admission No., Class and Section while depositing the fees.

  • Service fee of Rs 100/- will be charged if the students/parents pay the fees in the school other than the I. O. Bank.

  • If the school fee is not paid on time, the student will not be allowed to take his/her SA I / SA II examination i.e. in September & March respectively.

  • If 3 Months fee is not paid then students are not allowed to board the bus and debarred from entering the classrooms.

  • Refund of security amount deposited at the time of admission will be made at the time of the issue of the T.C. The parents have to give an application to the Principal one month in advance for both TC & Refund Amount. No refund can be claimed after 6 months of the TC issued. Emergency TC is issued within 7 days of the application.
